Our History
Founded in Sheffield, 2004
The property industry in Great Britain is dynamic and constantly changing.
Omnia has seen many different life cycles. During our trading history we have witnessed substantial upheaval and constantly evolving change, including the Global Financial Crises and Coronavirus Pandemic, which have had lasting impacts upon the industry.
We’ve always prided ourselves first and foremost on being down to earth and personal. We genuinely believe that property is about people. Real estate without humans inside is just a building. Its this focus that we believe has been the core element of our enduring success.
As our business grows, Omnia grows with us. we have hired more staff and moved into larger offices in Omnia’s Business Centre 3 times in the last year!
It’s a no-brainer for our business. working with Omnia allows us to concentrate on what we do best – accountancy. It’s a solution that works very well.

Joanne Race
Managing Director
Joanne is the Managing Director and Owner of Omnia.
Her background is primarily in finance, along with property and asset management. Before joining Omnia in 2005, Joanne worked in accountancy practices. Since then, she has contributed significantly to Omnia’s growth into the successful company it is today.
Amy Ryan
Operations Director
Amy has been the Operations Director at Omnia since she and Joanne completed their management buyout in 2017.
Joining Omnia in 2009, Amy’s background is predominantly in residential block management as well as property management and lettings. Amy obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Studies at Swansea University before completing a Graduate Diploma in Law in Sheffield.

A South Yorkshire native, Joanne commenced with the Omnia Property Group in 2011.
With a background in commercial lettings and block management, Joanne developed Omnia’s portfolio during its expansion phase, overseeing growth into southern territories while also managing our student lettings.
Joanne acquired a partnership in Omnia in 2016.
Today, Joanne is responsible for setting Omnia’s strategic direction and overseeing our senior leaderhip team.
Amy Ryan

Amy is the head of operations at Omnia.
Joining the team in 2014, Amy quickly established herself as an integral member of the senior leadership team, overseeing the integration of our block and lettings management in 2016. Amy holds an undergraduate degree from Christ College, having majored in communications.
Amy’s property philosophy is elegant and simple – focussing on the intersection of people and asset in the pursuit of enduring yield. Today, Amy is a Director at Omnia, with primary responsibility for managing the smooth operations of our fenceline staff, as well as systems and protocols
