Omnia Property Group, having been operating in 2004, has seen many different life cycles. Since our inception, we have also experienced the Global Financial Crisis, a pandemic, multiple shifts and changes in economic conditions and a vast professionalising of the property industry throughout the United Kingdom.


We’ve always prided ourselves first and foremost on being down to earth and personal. We genuinely believe that property is about people. Real estate without humans inside is just a building.


Its this focus that we believe has been the core element of our enduring success. We’ve grown from our humble origins to now have a presence up and down the country. We expanded from servicing lettings in Sheffield to managing residential, commercial and block real estate throughout Britain. We also diversified to service the growing student market with Omnia Space. As a boom emerged in dedicated student housing throughout the last decade, this became one of the fastest growing sectors within the property industry.


As we emerge from the ‘crisis’ period of the pandemic, we’ve taken a good, hard look at our business – how it operates now, how to keep it focused firmly on its core values and how we want it to look in the future. You may have seen our new, consolidated brand, ‘Omnia Property Group’ in the last few months, which we are excited to keep rolling out across our group of businesses.

As part of this, we are progressively moving away from managing buildings in the student lettings market. While not an easy decision considering the sheer size of this sector as it presents, it is an acknowledgement that our strength and style is best suited to the personal and local approach more typically associated in the commercial, block property management and lettings market.


Our business is at its best when our strengths are on display – making a difference to landlords and tenants by deploying our extensive expertise to navigate tricky property queries, deliver superior service and leverage the power of our local maintenance network. Within the student lettings space, there is less of a focus on individual relationships and more on mass solutions. While this may be in the interests of those with vested interests in the sector – the emerging trend of ‘market hard, manage harder’ doesn’t align with Omnia’s operating style.


Commercial and block lettings are best serviced by those who prioritise relationships over revenue, solutions over sales and knowledge over marketing. We’re a humble and honest lot at Omnia – we know where we do our best work and we’re determined to keep growing those segments of our business that allow us to continue delivering as we have done for over fifteen years.


We know property, and we know Omnia. Making sure Omnia delivers the best service in the property market is our most important job. Our team are amazing – they continue to develop and impress us with every step.
